Workshop #1 - Numerology

This workshop will introduce you to the esoteric science of numerology, what it is, and what information your name and birthday can tell you about yourself and why that knowledge is important as you continue to further your own self-discovery and transformation through understanding your inner self, true nature, gifts, challenges, temperament propensities and cycles of life. 

In addition to participating in the workshop and the knowledge gained in the time spent together, you will take with you a personalized mini-numerology reading encompassing two important aspects of your numerology chart:  your life path and personal year. 

Workshop #1 is also a perfect workshop for many environments, from a business setting (as a team building or diversity course), to gatherings of friends and family -- consider this for a bridal shower, baby shower, family reunion activity.   You will see your friends, family or co-workers in a whole new light and have fun in the process. 

 All of this information helps us build even stronger self-esteem and confidence, coherence and authenticity, creating a foundation of mental physical and emotional health propelling us to step into our destiny and deepest desires. 

Workshop #2 – Sacred Contracts and Archetypes, Part 1

A prerequiste to this workshop is Workshop #1 above.  In anticipation of this workshop, while discussing the numbers in workshop #1, we will talk about how the numbers help us “divine” our archetypal patterns and some of our sacred contracts.  These contracts, and our lives, encompass and include a vast amount of people, places, situations, beliefs, talents and challenges that we are to meet and interact with -- all designed to teach us about our contracts and to help us along our path to self-empowerment and congruency.   

Archetypes are patterns that are universally recognized. We see Archetypes in myths, fairy tales, literature, and movies.  Participants will be asked to think about their own lives. Which types of movies do they like? What were their favorite fairy tales as kids?   Do they consistently cast themselves in the Hero role?  The Underdog or Victim?  The Detective?  What about the Warrior, Princess, or Femme Fatale?  It is through working with these energies and archetypal patterns and sacred contracts that we are able to begin to get to the heart of our divine potential and further awaken our consciousness and remember why we are here in this time and place and with those we are sharing life with.   

While discerning one’s contracts is a journey that requires time and personal commitment, as a graduate of the Caroline Myss Education Institute’s Sacred Contract program, Stephanie will provide foundational work on the four main archetypal patterns we all encounter in ourselves and others on a daily basis – these patterns are called the “survival archetypes” and they are an integral part of how and why we make the decisions and take the actions that we do each and every day.  These are the energies that can empower us, or even disempower us and others, particularly when we are under stress, or when we are unconscious to their power and history in our lives.

During this workshop, participants will also begin to ascertain some of the archetypal patterns that they chose to incarnate with in this lifetime, further providing valuable information and uncovering other intrinsic mysteries and hidden treasures.  

Workshop #3 – Sacred Contract/
Archetype Readings, Part 2

Workshops #1 and 2 discussed, above are prerequisites for this workshop.  In this session we will work with the archetypes gleaned from the first and second workshops and further learn how to use the archetypes for guidance purposes.  Participants will also learn about the many different types of archetypal readings that can be casted with their archetypal patterns. 

For purposes of this workshop, Stephanie will guide the group in the casting of individual "In the Moment" charts that are designed to help gain symbolic insight into a current personal issue or decision that the participants are being faced with.  Guidance will then be given in interpreting these “in the moment” charts, as well as using some of the participants’ charts as examples as a teaching tool, if they so desire.  This is a rich tool that can be used for everything from personal and relationship issues, to work dilemmas and health issues.  

Each of these workshops are meant to be introductory in nature and are not meant to be a complete course of instruction.  Nonetheless, each participant will walk away with information that he or she will use each day of their life to unlock their potential and activate their destiny and heart's desire – and have fun in the process.  

Myers Briggs Facilitation Workshops

Depending on the amount of time I have to present a workshop and the size of the group participating, an organization can choose between two different Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) presentations:  (1) a lunch hour presentation (which is an hour in length), or (2) a more interactive presentation that is approximately 2 hours long.  This longer presentation engages participants in working with each other so that they understand the differences between "type" through group dialog and fun exercises -- it's entertaining and a good team building model!
