One of the ways in which we can access akashic record information (our sacred contracts) is through many of the esoteric sciences, including numerology, astrology and understanding our archetypal and symbolic patterns. 

Archetypes are energetic patterns that are universally recognized both in ourselves and others.  And, it is through working with our archetypal/ symbolic patterns that we are able to get to the heart of our contract and thus awaken our divine potential.

Inherent in these patterns is duality.  In these physical bodies of ours that our souls inhabit, the way we learn and progress is through contrast -- the dance of light and shadow.  Along the way we forget that if we repress our shadow, judge it and reject our reality, we continue to live more and more in the shadow.  There is an enormous amount of gold to be mined from understanding our inherent duality and the Sacred Contract work is primed for these learnings.  Our very lives and health depend on this understanding and upon empowering our shadows.
